faux –adjective
artificial or imitation; fake

affliction –noun
1. a state of pain, distress, or grief; misery
2. a cause of mental or bodily pain, as sickness, loss, calamity, or persecution.

so when put together, it means A FAKE STATE OF PAIN! praise jesus.
